In addition to our compound laboratory we also maintain a second fully equipped laboratory for the inspection of finished parts. Prototype samples as well as initial samples from series production tools undergo numerous tests during the qualification phase. The extent of these tests is specified in coordination with the customer and can include physical properties, resistances and geometry in terms of dimensions and tolerances.
The results are recorded in initial sample inspection reports following established standards (VDA, IATF 16949) or issued compliant with individual customer specifications.
